The documentaries "Boukia & Sihorio"presented by Ilias Mamalakis and his great team ,produced this exceptional film dealing with the coocking recipies, the traditions, the history ,the natural beauties of Alonissos Island.It was a great success as all the local inhabitants who were chosen by Mamalakis team to participate , gave their best effort and talent,each one in his own speciality.(singers,fishermen,men & women coocking,etc).Alonissos is an island with great local cuisine,fresh fish,lobster,and all kinds of local specialities as the alonissiotiki cheese pie, the pougi,the hamalia and the delicious almond delicatessen"amigdalota Alonissou", not to forget the excellent Alonissos tuna"tonaki Alonissou".
